“Rooms were nice, and very clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. Restaurant service could be more prompt, and directions could be clearer, but overall, a great and convenient place to stay right by the airport.”

“There is construction going on the 3rd floor and I was given a room right next to it. I booked to have a peaceful night stay before my flight in the morning and I was not able to get any rest. The room itself is clean. There was also some guy sleeping in the construction area/hallway which scared me as I was the only one on this floor and I heard movement in the night and saw him. The security talked to him but I’m not sure if he just lives there in the hallway? Didn’t feel safe as a solo woman.……

However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. They would say good morning to some guest and not to others I believe because we had several issues. They were less likely to speak with us. We’re not friendly. My husband had an accident on the property and I felt like it was brushed over and not taking care of. There’s no landline. They rely on Wi-Fi which……

“This was such a nice, relaxing resort. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was great. They were so nice to make me a mini birthday cake! The absolute best part of the property was the overwater bungalows. Spent the majority of the day in those. Absolute paradise!!”

If you want to do more, you should rent a vehicle to get around, Also, pack your bug spray since you will encounter mosquitoes and sand fleas at the beach club next door. Bar staff was helpful with sightseeing ideas.”
